At
Dennis M. Sandoval, a PLC, we are proud to announce that Attorney Dennis M. Sandoval is elected
as a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA)!
NAELA Fellows are attorneys who have been members of the NAELA for a minimum
of three years and whose careers concentrate on elder law. Fellows have
gone the extra mile to distinguish themselves by their exceptional contributions
to America's elderly, and by demonstrating their unwavering commitment
to the Academy.
When a lawyer is elected as a Fellow, his or her election solidifies that
the lawyer is recognized as an exceptional lawyer and leader, and recognized
by their peers as a respectable role model.
Some examples of the criteria that must be met before an attorney is nominated:
- Nominees must have demonstrated a significant commitment to the Academy
on a national basis.
- The nominee's involvement in NAELA committees, programs, and leadership
are emphasized in the selection process.
- The nominees' careers must have concentrated on elder law.
- Their involvement in the community is a critical factor.
The NAELA states that selection as a Fellow is the highest honor bestowed
by the NAELA, thus we want to congratulate Attorney Sandoval for his election
to this prestigious group of exceptional attorneys who are held to the
highest regard by their peers!
Dennis Sandoval's Son-In-Law Nominates Him for Best Dad on Wheels for 2014
In other firm news, Dennis' son-in-law nominated him for Best Dad on
Wheels for 2014, a contest put on by the Christopher & Dana Reeve
Foundation. Dennis was a semi-finalist in 2013 after his daughter nominated
him, but unfortunately he lost to a pastor who received thousands of votes
from his particularly large church. Voting for the 2014 Best Dad on Wheels
ended on July 7th, so we want to give a big thanks to all who took the
time to cast their votes!
